For an international company operating in the automotive field we are looking for an:
ELECTRONIC ENGINEER
Reporting directly to the R&D Director, he/she works in an R&D team in close contact with electronic designers (HW and SW), mechanics, test laboratory technicians, technical office, after sales and production.

Main reponsibilities:
- researching and developing ideas and processes for new products and improving upon the performance existing products
- He takes ownership for project execution by developing concepts for PCA controller; estimating costs; creating and testing prototypes.
- He provides technical support for product issues arising in validation.
- He works with suppliers and internal manufacturing to ensure that designs are compatible with manufacturing and as-sembly best practices and meet cost targets.
- He/she is the reference figure in Italy for everything related to electronics

Requirements
- SW development and validation process
- DC motors and gearmotors (brush, brushless, stepper)
- Serial and CANBUS communication protocols
- Basic knowledge of metrology
- Production process of electronic boards
- Basic mechanics and drawing reading
- Experience in the Automotive sector
- Equipped with autonomy and rigor, flexibility in dealing with various problems, ability to analyze, synthesize and or-ganize, it must fit in an international context (mainly Italy, Germany, Holland, USA, China).
