HSE Manager

Reporting to the Quality Manager, his/her main responsibilities will be:
Taking actions for continuos imprpvement of the HSE Management System
Manage safety protection and work environment to prevent incidents or accidents and standardize operating conditions.
Main activities:
-Define HSE objectives and targets
-Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are manrained
-Ensure that all policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewd, updated and communicated
-Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations
-Ensure that all accidents are documentes and investigated and that improvement are implementes
-Extablish a full programme of documented inspections; ensure that safety inspections are carried out and that all employees area aware of their responsibilities
-Provide regular reports to the Human Resource Manager, Board of Directors on relevant health and safety activities
