The senior accounting supervisor, reporting to the Plant controller, is responsible for preparating the financial statements, cash controls, accounts payable and supervising the daily activities of the Administration office.
The main duties are:
- Administer and monitor the financial system in an accurate and timely manner; which means prepare and reconcile general bank statements, establish and maintain supplier accounts, ensure data is entered into the system, ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system, prepare income statements, prepare balance sheets, assist the annual audit;
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all amounts; which means reconcile the accounts payable, reconcile the accounts receivable, manage distribution of utilities bills and collections of accounts.
-Process employee expense reports and Company credit card reconciliations
Requirements:
Finished accountant with experience in a commercial firm, knowledge of tax and civil law is essential, knowledge of US GAAP
